From the main front door steps lead to the first floor. There is a wrought iron hand rail and at the top of the stairs is a built-in wooden stair gate.   The living space is particularly spacious and light, benefiting from a south westerly aspect and a total of four large windows. There is a traditional brick archway connecting the comfortable lounge, which has two large sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) to the open plan kitchen/dinning area.  The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, double sink, electric fan oven, five ring gas hob, microwave and large fridge/freezer.

 

There are two large double bedrooms, one master suite with king sized bed and en-suite shower room, the other with twin beds and a full size cot bed. There is also a family bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cubicle.

All windows are fitted with Juliet bars for safety and external chestnut shutters allow guests to regulate the heat and light flow into the apartment. The lounge and bedroom windows have built-in mosquito nets.  Both bedrooms have blackout blinds.
