2024 Apartment Rates in Euros
Please note that the rates for Pantano and Rancale are based upon up to 4 people sharing the apartment. A levy of euro 100 per person per week will be made for any additional guests, excludes children in cots.
Pietramelina can be rented in conjunction with one of the other apartments to accommodate larger groups, in which case a discount will be applied. We are happy to accept payment in UK Sterling using the prevailing rate of exchange. A fully returnable breakages deposit of €150.00 per apartment is requested upon arrival.
Arrival and departure
Guests should arrive after 4.00pm and vacate the property before 09.30am. Our normal changeover day is Saturday for Pantano and Sunday for the other apartments, but please contact us if you wish to discuss alternative days, we will be happy to try and accommodate you.
Deposit
We request a non-refundable deposit of 30% on reservation and payment of the remaining (full) balance eight weeks before rental.
