These rates include normal use of gas^*, water, electricity,  bed-linen,  indoor towels and full use of the pool and other facilities.

^*In the winter months fuel will be billed according to use. 

Please note that the rates for Pantano and Rancale are based upon up to 4 people sharing the apartment.  A levy of euro 100 per person per week will made for any additional guests.

Pietramelina can be rented in conjunction with one of the other apartments to accommodate larger groups, in which case a discount will be applied.

Please note we are happy to accept payment in UK Sterling using the prevailing rate of exchange.

A fully returnable breakages deposit of euro 150 per apartment is requested upon arrival.

 Arrival and Departure

Guests should arrive after 4.00pm and vacate the property before 10.00am.  A normal week is from Saturday to Saturday, but please contact us if you wish to discuss alternative days, we will be happy to try and accommodate you.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is due on reservation with the remaining balance being paid in full 8 weeks prior to the rental period.
